Add Events

  • Use the calendar to keep track of who is using the property at any given time. 
  • To create a new calendar event, click on the date you would like to schedule a visit, or select a range of dates, and complete your booking details in the pop-up box.
  • You will have the option to have an automatic email notification sent to other members about new, changed, or deleted calendar events. Click the “Yes” or “No” bubble to notify other members.
  • Click on the date you want to schedule a booking
  • Select the name of the guest/member scheduling the visit from the drop down bar
  • Enter a title for the “event” or purpose of visit. For example, “Sarah’s Birthday”, “Winter Holiday”, or simply the name of the guest using the property.
  • Select the range of dates, from arrival to departure.
  • Add any notes you want to be reminded of.
  • Select whether or not you’d like to notify other members of the household about this visit. 
  • Choose to add the visit to your personal calendar in Apple, Google. ICal File, Microsoft teams, Outlook.com, Yahoo!

Navigating instructions

  • Switch between months by clicking the grey arrows
  • Click on the month to change the year
  • Click on the green “Today” button in the left corner to return to the current date.
