Budget
On the Budget tab, you may enter your property’s estimated expenses for the coming year.
Some categories will be more predictable than others, such as property tax and telephone bills, but you may estimate less predictable expenses, such as your electricity usage and maintenance, costs by considering previous bills.
Note: This page is linked with the ‘Reports’, ‘Expenses — Actual vs Budget’ tab. In ‘Reports’ you will be able to compare how your budget aligns with your spending.
If you don’t use a budget, your property administrator can remove this tab by unchecking this option in the Member Access page in Settings.
To make an entry, click on the box for a given month and category, and enter your estimated budget amounts accordingly. These entries will contribute to a total for each month in all categories on the bottom row, and a total for each category over the course of the year on the far right column.
