Expenses – By Member

On this page, you are able to view a breakdown of expenses owed and paid by each member.

Shared Allocation %: This column shows how costs are allocated among members, and their allocated fixed and variable expenses by percentage (applicable only when using the advanced allocations option).

Shared Amount: This column shows the dollar amount divided among members, both fixed and variable amounts (applicable to the advanced allocations option).

Member Only Amount: This tracks fees only owed by individual members, for costs that are not shared (e.g. cleaning fees).

Paid to date: This column shows the amount each member has currently paid to date during a given calendar year.

Owing: This column shows the amount each member currently owes.

Credit: This column shows the amount owing to each member, in the case where a member has paid more of the expenses than their allocated share.
