Expenses – Yearly

The reports tabs display breakdowns of all your property’s expenses. You are not able to edit information in the reports section, it simply records and displays a summary of what information is entered in your other finance tabs.

The Yearly Expenses section displays a summary of what has been spent in the previous five years, broken down by category.

You can choose what categories you would like displayed here by clicking “Settings” in the left hand corner, and then clicking “Categories”.

Here you can select the categories which best suit your property needs, or add custom categories by clicking the green plus button.

Your expenses are also displayed in a bar chart, ranked by the size of the expense. It will display the top five largest expenses, with the remaining expenses being grouped as “Other”.

Tip: Hover your mouse over colour in the bar chart to display the dollar amount.

Tip: You can click on various categories below the bar chart to remove them from display — if you wish to isolate the items you are viewing.
