If you don’t like use budgets, the administrator can have these pages removed by unchecking them on the Member Access page in Settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Variance column shows whether there is a positive or negative balance in the budget. If the dollar amount is in green, the actual expenses for the year were less than the budgeted amount, demonstrating a surplus. If the dollar amount is in red, the actual expenses were above the budgeted amount, this amount is a deficit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
